Here is how it looks.

1. a new guest walks in the door
2. they connect with greeter and perhaps fill out a connect card
3. The greeter then texts 5-6 people that have agreed to connect with guests that are around that age and gender.  (For example, they would text Matt Day and several others to come connect if its a hyphen aged single young man.)
4. Whoever sees the text first and is immediately available texts back, “Yes” or “On it” or “Busy” if busy.  We hope that everyone will greet that person eventually but only one person would connect with them in the way we discuss on the training at the link below.
